Forged with premium High Carbon German Stainless steel DIN:1.4116, this Chinese chef’s knife is precisely tempered with High-Tech Vacuum Heat Treatment to reach the hardness of the blade to. HRC56±2. TUO experienced bladesmiths hand sharpen each edge with 18 degrees per side to ensure you a razor-sharp blade.
